Every day in life, there are rules. In makeup, there are no rules, there are tips and tricks, but no rules. At least not to me.

Do you want to bring out your eyes? Line your eyes AND your eyebrows.

Do you want to look like a classic Hollywood beauty? Throw on lashes, red lips and pin curls.

Over the years, looks come and go. But what are you looking to do? What looks good on my eyes may not look good on your eyes. When I might like purple and natural, you might like navy and smoky.

That is my challenge as a makeup artist, it is where I am lucky that no two looks are ever the same. My role is to talk with each client about their style and goals, and to get to know them in general. Then with the small details I collect, I go to work finding what works.

To me, makeup is not a matter of rules, but a matter of helping you find your individual expression.
